Uncountable Laughters

Chantal Kreviazuk - What If It All Means Something

Omg. I just realised that I have not blogged about our Langkawi trip in October 21st. I was going through all the pictures and I can't wipe this huge smile off my face. Damn I miss that trip so much. I know this is pretty darn late but OH WELL... Can't really blame me, I was the last to get my hands on these pics!
The minute we finished our final exam in 2007 (no, wait... we planned quite a long time before that xD), we decided to organise a trip to wherever that's possible. Actually thought of going to Bali, but nooo... it requires a passport and my passport expired 6 yrs ago plus it was too far away. So, we settled for Langkawi instead.

My poor dad had to "babysit" all 7 of us : Bryan, HanHwa, Vinser, HanLiang, Grace, MeiShan and I. It must have been a once in a lifetime experience for my dad alone xD

They just can't get enough of each other...

This is a super weird picture of annoying Bryan. *flicks you*

I definitely remember asking all of them to travel light. By all means, Grace turned up with a huge roller-luggage. I, however, brought a single bagpack =D

Weight of Grace's luggage after the trip... It was 8 kg when she boarded the plane if I'm not mistaken.

Poor thing :(( we had to settle for Maggie Mee for lunch on the first day. Travelling on a budget xD plus, the nearest restaurant was 3km away!

Spent the whole day at the beach. I'm not gonna post of those jumping pictures if you guys are wondering. Ya'll already made enough fun and jokes about it! Mean ol Grace HAD to post em on her blog for the whole world to see =((

We also hung out at the pool. Acted like bunch of kids fighting for floaties.

One of the moments that makes you go =.=" : Grace and MeiShan dancing on the beach.

Hahaha... Love this pic. Was a candid shot of our reaction when we saw the volleyball. "BALL!!"

We tried to bring the inner-woman out of Bryan. You can see how he enjoyed it by the look on his face.

The part that bugged me the most was the number of friggin times the sand went into my eye. It could have been a nice picture =( MeiShan forever being camera-ready.

We shared uncountable stories that we wouldn't tell anyone. Well, at least I hope so...

The next day we took the cable car up and crossed the I-forgot-what-it's-called bridge. Someone came up with this LAME idea of clapping the clouds. Grace said the mist smelled like cotton candy. Truly, it did!!

Introducing super-macho HanHwa! Ladies, he's up for grabs xD

Super-macho HanHwa when he's not on his heroic duty.

Langkawi : The place where you can get ridiculously cheap imported chocolates! And cheap boozes too! Got my Jack Daniels for RM50 xD I lovelovelove Kinder Bueno!

We were supposed to pout in the picture. As you can see I failed miserably!

Last picture of the day. Gosh, how time flew by and everything ended so friggin fast.

Phew! There are lots of pictures left but blogspot takes forever to upload the picture and I'm getting super impatient. Plus, I'm super super super darn hungry!!! Looks like I've gotta have a light supper before I sleep this time. Toodles ~

Fuzzy Warm Feeling

Sarah McLaclan - Stupid

Why do paths seem to stretch a mile longer each day? This heavy pace of mine... My feet are being dragged behind me. Lonely gravels collide, cackles, piercing this hollow silence. That green pasture on the other side. Pulls and hooks like a sinful temptation. A place to lie. So soft, and so smooth. Everything fades...

The road goes on like a lonely lost highway ahead. The sun glimmers cynically. On that very end, seems so far away. Shut one eye, place your finger, it's within your reach. Every step sinks in bubbling tar. Sinking as seconds tick by. Bare the feet. Feel the sting. And the road goes on...

Shower the worries. Flood the emotions. Wash away the thoughts. Let em flow away, down the stream from where it all began. As I force my load into a little tiny note and cork it in a bottle. Let it float, along for days... To be found again, by the shore. Knocking at ends, waiting for claims of its lonesome owner.

Up in the mind, where everything seems tangled. Trapped in a hay stack, struggling to break free. This twisted feeling. Chaotic it appears, in a deliberate disguise. In every way accentric. Though so sane to sight. Help untie those crumpled ends... My jumbled, mixed feelings. Confused and perplexed. Numbed by insanity.

Plenty of heartstrings to pluck. Distance between those warm fuzzy fingers. November's at the very end. Where the trees are bare. And the roads are clear. Those cold icy flakes trinkles on my nose. The scent of frozen time. When nothing seems to matter. As clear as innocence remembers how. That fuzzy warm feeling...

It's 1.30 a.m. I'm wide awake and struggling to fall asleep. I'm feeling emo shit right now. Thanks to you guys from dance practice. No, correction : Thanks to You and you alone. Man, why are most of the chinese songs so sappy! No more emo sessions! It's so damaging xD

-Your ignorance aggravates me-

Hanging By The Season

Carly Simon - You're So Vain

School has started. Oh yeah, things are already starting to pile up! Sometimes I wonder why on earth do I put myself in situations like that. The first day of school was pretty much ordinary but at the same time seems so different. I know, I'm not making sense. My class is much bigger this time around. Everyone is louder than usual xD It's like we don't even bother to behave ourselves anymore. I think there's no need for first-impressions since we all know each other oh too well already. Besides that, everyone has already started studying. I mean, even people like Dasara and Vinser were reading Konserto Terakhir in class. I know i know... SPM is around the corner yada yada. But, it's just plain weird. Bottom line is, I've not kicked in yet. So yeah... It's gonna stay that way till reality hits in once again.

Went for a shopping spree right after school on Thursday with mummy dearest. I couldn't help it. Didn't buy much surprisingly. There wasn't much to see anyway... Wanted to stop by at Romp to get a pair of jeans but I remembered the last time I went there, the promoter offered me 5 pairs of jeans that I simply rejected in a matter of seconds. I'm beginning to find the shop a lil lala because of all that gaudy designs.

Just when I was about to leave the mall, I passed by Levi's and it was like calling after me. There were denims gleaming at me, wrapping their vines around me... pulling me in. Everyone knows how ridiculously expensive Levi's jeans are. But they were so tempting and seductive... Okay, that was totally exeggerated, but you know what I'm saying right? RIGHT? So, I entered thinkin 'oh, well. just try on a few. you don't have to buy it'. So, I took the "super super low rise jeans' and tried it on. It was freaking hilarious. When I crouch down, my ass crack was totally exposed! So, I told the salesperson that it was a huge NO-NO. Then I tried another pair which didn't really seem nice on me cause I'm not exactly tall *coughs coughs* I was thinking, yay no temptation so no purchases. Then the salesperson HAD to pick this sleek looking pair of jeans for me to try on. My silly lil brain immediately clicked on buying the jeans the minute I put it on. Not surprisingly, now there's a huge hole in my pocket that would take months to mend ='(

As for today, I had loads of things to do. Went all the way to KL Central just to buy a lil piece of train ticket. By the way, the shoes there are so disappointing at this time of the month. They were like really really ancient stock. Then, had to stop at Marco's to pick up my paycheque. But apparently the HR is off today. Bleep bleep. Then went to Hair Texture to cut my hair. It was a useless effort. Apparently, there's no difference. My dad kept mumbling about how long my hair still was. After that, I had to go over to 1Utama to get my cropped jeans. I have yet to finish my Moral Project when everyone's almost done. I have to make tonnes of phone calls for enquiry. I hate calling resorts for enquiry. They keep expecting you to book a room on the spot! Sigh, give me a break... It's only the first week. I can't even imagine what would come next.

Oh, by the way. Something's wrong with Adverlets. Any idea??

Eyes Wide Open

Snow Patrol - Open Your Eyes

Oh My Gawd. Panic attack. I just realised I'm turning 17. Seriously, didn't really think about that until SueVern pm-ed me and we had a chat about it and now I'm totally freaking out. Wait, I'm already 17 since the clock strike 12 last night, sorta. Shit! I'm so not ready. This will be my last year of high school. Ass Pee Am year. Shit Shit. My last year at high school. Shit Shit. *hyperventilates* No more fooling around. Shit Shit. The ability to drive better be good enough to top all this!

Shit shit.....

A Little More Than Just Memories

Butterfly Boucher - Life Is Short
Edwin McCain - These Are The Moments

!Happy New Year!

It took me sometime to ponder about which song to feature in this post. So, I decided to feature two. "Life Is Short" ~ Another year has gone. All things said and all things done, life is indeed short. But we're all young, and there's plenty to come. "These Are The Moments" is dedicated to all my friends and love ones who have been by my side to offer a shoulder to lean on. I love you all and I can't thank you enough for all the memories you've given me. I could not ask for more.

Went to Curve for Countdown 2008. Had a blast with my girlfriends and a bunch of new friends. Love ya'll loads!

I woke up this morning with a really weird feeling in my gut. First I thought it was because I had Long Island Tea with an empty stomach last night. I regretted it. Then I thought, maybe I was starving. After breakfast and all I still had that unsettling feeling inside me. Then, I realised how much I miss 2007. Corny I know, but I really do. I miss all the sweet memories and am dying to relive them. 2008 is gonna be a whole new bizzare year for me. With all the new responsibilties stacking up, sometimes I yearn to be in a cradle once again.

So here's a short sums up of 2007.
*enjoyed the "honeymoon" year (very very true)
*felt the attack of add maths, biology, chemistry, physics... and the list goes on
*landed in a wacky class
*bonded with unexpected people (Bryan, you're one of them so to say)
*admitted into the hospital for the first time
*had a terrible food-poisoning...lost a lot of weight too ;)
*lost someone so dear to me
*had my first hangover (not pleasant)
*had a 13-hour movie marathon
*had the weirdest withrawal symptom after that xD
*had my first heartbreak
*had a wonderful english drama ~ and my class won
*DID NOT THROW A SWEET SIXTEEN PARTY
*said something really stupid which resulted into a 5-days silent treatment
*emo-ed for the stupidest reasons
*funiest incident, had a friend who misunderstood things and thought I was secretly interested "coughs coughs"
*got grounded a couple of times... escaped most of it xD
*had a teacher whom disliked me because I didn't meet her enough "coughs coughs"
*went to Langkawi with a close bunch of friends
*learned not to take things too seriously
*learned to start taking things seriously too
*lost touch with a lot of old friends
*met tonnes of new friends in return
*went for Countdown away from home for the first time! woohoo...

There are so many situations that I wanna rewind and do it all over again. Especially all the stupid things I've said and done. I wish I could take it all back so no one would get hurt. I crave to rewind those sweet moments too. Like the trip to Langkawi and the times when I didn't have to get into an arguement on the phone every night. All those bittersweet memories...

It's a whole new year. Time to turn over a new leaf... Haha, well not so serious of course. Here's something I'll do for sure. LEARN HOW TO DRIVE and study hard LMAO!

And here's a popular quote for all the ladies out there...

Toast to us ladies for 2008,
for the men who HAVE us,
the losers who HAD us,
and the lucky ones who will MEET us...

p/s: Damien, if you ever read this, old wounds do heal. I hope yours do. I truly do.

Breathe of Fresh Air

Hawthorne Heights - Ohio Is For Lovers
Finally a breath of fresh air! Just when I was so determined to update my blog constantly, my effing modem took a plunge on me (or so I thought)! Thanks to my ever-so-persistant neighbour, Stuart, I can indulge myself online again xD The embarassing part was, it wasn't my modem. It's because I forgot to add '@streamyx' to my username. Damn embarassing! I felt so IT-illeterate!

Pictures to sum up what I did for the past few weeks/months...

Davi's Deepavali dinner - Love ya'll loads!!

Dorm mates of LLC

I'm so much shorter than JitSun *sobs*

Eating with those metal plates make me feel like an inmate xD

Jack the comedian whom fails in ghost story telling

Miss WenXian never told me she was coming back from Australia. Gave me the shock of my life when she jumped right in front of me at the bus station!

MeiShan pan-cute!! I'm so dead for posting this up xD

Jard, I'm not sarcastic. You're obviously exeggerating it!!

JunHsien... Forever busy being flirtatious...

*Christmas Bazaar* Jerrard S.I (self invited)

ChongSheng, you're one lucky bugger...

Had an "adventure" walking all the way to KJ station from MeiShan's which was about 5-7 km away (I think....)

Ujean's Bro's wedding lunch. Loves~

Bryan's Christmas party... *Be sure to check every picture you take with MeiShan aka Miss Pokey. Don't be surprise to catch her posing her signature "pan-cute" pose next to you xD

See what I meant...

Here's the scary part... It's contagious!!!

I love love love Christmas

The moment to recollect the times whether you've been naughty or nice. I've been pleasantly nice *coughs coughs* but he (pic:bro) hasn't. Can't believe I spent 60 bucks on his Nike football... Told you I've been nice =D

Went to Janda Baik for Christmas with my family. Stayed at Sailor's Rest, it's homestay oriented. Really cosy and welcoming place to stay. It's run by a veteran malay couple.

The view there is extremely B-E-A-utiful!

Was so tempted to mimic Jerrard's pose but it's copy-righted and I wouldn't wanna feed his ego.

Ahh... Natural reflexology

My cute lil cousin calling for peace from all aliens above

Had a delicious barbeque dinner on the second night

That's Mr.Hashim on the right. He was once a captain in the marines.

The best part of Christmas came. Ripping up Christmas wrappers!!!

All good things come to an end... It was a great holiday experience. I would suggest it to anyone who wants to get away from the city and relax by nature. Just search for Sailor's Rest, Janda Baik.

One of the best ways to end the Christmas celebration... Get wasted with Jack Daniels and Coke!!! Just kidding...

Pinch of Memories

Chantal Kreviazuk - Baby Before You

Aights aights. I just came back from Leo Leadership Camp a few days ago. It was a bomb!!! Met so many new friends whom were in the same school as I am but never actually "met". Had plenty of touching moments during camp. Some lifetime experiences. Overall it's pretty friggin awesome! I see that some of em found my blog, so decided to take some initiative to update again. Actually have loads to blog about but I'm feeling so darn lazy. But I felt my ass being kicked when I saw that they actually found my blog. So yeah... will keep posting. Haven't got pictures yet, so i'll post them soon.

To lynne, yes hun, there will be more sessions to come xD
Thanks Jun for encouraging me to go for LLC, but I'm still mad at chu!!!

I shall blog all about it some other day cause I'm so friggin tired from all the activities today... Till then, I will try my best to revive my really really really DEAD blog!
