Flare of Escapade

Moby - Extreme Ways

Went out to watch Hairspray with Hari and Nutty yesterday. I have to say, at the beginning of the movie I was like "So cheesy, like stop singing already" especially the part where Nicole Blonsky (Tracy Turnblad) sang "Good Morning Baltimore!" for a good 5 minutes (felt like it). It was a little too much. It's like they were trying to remake the famous Grease. There's no way anyone can ever remake Grease. Speaking of which, John Travolta's character was rather disturbing. He acted as Tracy's mom and had this "love" scene with Christopher Walken (no, nothing sexual...). It made me sink in my seat so deep and made my stomach churn! But it made the movie interesting and really amusing! Anyhow, I really enjoyed the movie after the first quarter because of the awesome boogie dancing! The music and choreography made my feet tap themselves spontaneously! I wouldn't mind watching it again =) This movie is entirely musical and if you can't stand musical dialogues then this movie is so NOT for you. Fyi, I saw a couple of viewers step out of the cinema half way throughout the movie. I think they could take the cheesyness no more xD

Dancing in the 60's is super fun!

A little quoted conversation of the week

(Everyone suggesting symptoms to Bryan's "excrutiating" tummy ache)

Steph : Prolly it's just wind or air trap in your tummy.

Nutty : Or maybe food poisoning...

Then comes HanHwa, the sleepyhead

HanHwa : (cooly) .....heart attack!

Yeah. I think he sleeps to much during Sejarah.

Some Mysteries Prevail

"Some Hawaiian Band" - Mamula Moon

I've been on the net since my previous post, breaking away from exam thoughts. I decided to "update" myself by visiting kennysia.com and saw that he posted on Malaysia's National Anthem titled One Big Fat Conspiracy.

BEFORE I CONTINUE I WOULD LIKE INFORM THAT I AM NOT ACCUSING MALAYSIA/GOVERNMENT/WHOEVER WHATSOVER. I APOLOGISE IN ADVANCE IF THIS OFFENDS ANYONE (government especially) i don't wanna be sued!

Just the total exact similarity amuses me =]

It is said that Mamula Moon was a Hawaiian hit in the 1940's. Somehow Malaysian Anthem sounds very alike the oldy.

Bare in mind it's an adaption/inspration/recreation and not copied or God forbid don't even mention Plagiarism!

May I remind you again that I Blog In Peace! xD

Jacks In The Hollow Passageway

Gwen Stefani - 4 In The Morning

Yeah I know.

I have once again abandoned my blog. Been so busy lately till I haven't been going online in almost 3 weeks. I wish I could say that I was busy "studying" but I can't xD Been doing all sorts of crap that's not related to my studies whatsoever. Kinda regret it now that most of my classmates are doing so well in their exams. EXAMS ARE OVER by the way. I know, we have nothing left to do in school till November. But this gives us the opportunity to work. Restaurants at the Curve are paying through their noses to hire us teens. I mean, 5 bucks per hour and double on Raya! That's a bargain. *sigh* Unfortunately, I'm being dragged away with a watery mouth from the bargain. Can't find a proper transport to and fro. Dad gave a big NO NO to "shuttle bus at NIGHT". I guess I'll just stick to working at Macro's (pizza parlour). Better than nothing =) Oh well, just a short update for today. Will try to keep updating if there's anything worth blogging about =D

~toodles

p/s: I'm so into Bourne and Matt Damon lately xD
