A Flick of A Finger

Colbie Caillat - Battle

It has been a long hard week for me. I'm pretty much tired out. Both physically and mentally. Oh yes, I'm emotionally exhausted too! So much has happened in a week. Lots of conflicts. I can't possibly describe it all. I'm just gonna summarize some events with pictures

First thing I saw when I entered Renaissance Hotel Melaka

I just love these little details from hotels like towels and toiletries.

No, this is not the room's bathroom of course. It's the lobby's restroom. They even have "housekeeping" for restrooms.

I can't believe my dad snapped this! No, I'm no nerd. It's just that I had to face a Chemistry test in two days and I suck terribly in Chemistry. So much for my dreams to become a surgeon. Chem flushed it down the drain.

Spaggetti Lasagna. I know it looks mushy but it's haven!

I have this liking for pastries. I would take a lot during a buffet but end up eating only 50% of it. I know, such a waste but I can't help it!

Chicken Rice BALL. I know it seems weird, but it's damn nice. Seriously! Although it's rather fatenning! But to eat that, we had to go through..........

THIS!!! Tonnes of people was lining up and the shop was freaking small! But it was really worth the wait. Speaking of wait...

He's waiting ["patiently"]

(sigh) Still waiting....

Still waAAA(yawns)aaaiting....

DONE WAITING!!!

Church of St. Francis Xavier. Beautiful ain't it?

A piece of desire...

My sinful Sweet16 chocolate cake

This is from today's installation. We worked our ass off for the dance! Heh... not really xD But all our stay-back-in-school really paid off! Had fun doing it =)

I actually thought I have lots of pictures of installation to post up, then found out that I only have these two that are not close up camwhore pics xD The rest of proper pictures are scattered about other's handphones... But thankfully there's BIRU GIGI (bluetooth, lame i know...), so I'll update on that soon xD

Just something for you to ponder about. Oh, come on. You know exactly what it is. Clue : it's not a pair of Siamese lizards!

My Celebrities Look-a-like

Amy Winehouse - Me and Mr Jones

This is hillarious

Should have seen my morpher to Tata Young. Damn freaky and cool at the same time. I can't seem to post it here cause they only allow to post at BEBO. Dang it! All I have to do to look exactly like her is expand my eyes, suck in my cheeks, raise my cheekbones and hairline, by plastics... LMAO. Nah, prolly not even close. But the way they morphed my picture into Tata Young was shockingly identical xD

Try it. I'm currently so addicted to it xD

Let's Outshine The Sun

Avril Lavigne - When You're Gone

I always needed time on my own
I never thought I'd
need you there when I cry
And the days feel like years when I'm alone
And the bed where you lie
is made up on your side

When you walk away
I count the steps that you take
Do you see how much I need you right now?

When you're gone
The pieces of my heart are missing you
When you're gone
The face I came to know is missing too
When you're gone
The words I need to hear to always get me through the day
And make it OK
I miss you

I've never felt this way before
Everything that I do
reminds me of you
And the clothes you left
they lie on the floor
And they smell just like you
I love the things that you do

When you walk away
I count the steps that you take
Do you see how much I need you right now?

When you're gone
The pieces of my heart are missing you
When you're gone
The face I came to know is missing too
When you're gone
The words I need to hear to always get me through the day
And make it OK
I miss you

We were made for each other
out here forever
I know we were
yeah, yeahhh

All I ever wanted was for you to know
Everything I do I give my heart and soul
I can hardly breathe I need to feel you here with me
Yeah

When you're gone
The pieces of my heart are missing you
When you're gone
The face I came to know is missing too
When you're gone
The words I need to hear will always get me through the day
And make it OK
I miss you...

I just love this song. So close to heart... It makes me cry, seriously. Watch the video on YouTube. Maybe it's not entirely bad for her to turn Punk Princess after all xD

When it rings, a part of me wishes it ain't you. I find a way to pick it up, somehow....

Wide Open and Bare

Bon Jovi - Lost Highway

It's been an exhausting week. We had English Drama competition yesterday. It was a bomb! I mean, we had so much fun! The day before that we were all so tensed because we were all unprepared. We barely memorized our lines... Well, I barely remember my lines actually. And the props were incomplete. So many reasons... But then we were thinking "What the heck" and just did our best and have fun at the same time. And we did. The response from the audience was overwhelming! They cheered almost for every scene, from what I heard cause I only managed to witness for several scenes. But having the audience cheer for just one scene felt awesome. Now I know how actors of live play feel like when they get such a response from the audience. But what I liked most was that the english play brought the whole class together. It's funny how something like that can bring 38 people together. It kinda drew us all closer to each other and less... well, anti-social. After the play, all of us went wacko! Starting camwhoring and all... Took over 20 pictures. Something like this is so rare and I'm sure I'll never forget the day when 38 people stood together with one voice.

As for today... *sigh* I hate this feeling I'm going through now. My head keeps pondering about this little matter non stop. I want it to stop. No, I NEED it to stop. It really caught me off guard. I didn't think it'll matter, but it matters so darn much. And and... blaah. Remember I said that life can suck so badly sometimes? It kinda feels like it sucks all the time. I'm trying to appreciate things, but everytime something sweet comes by, a bitter gut will too... I need to kill this heartache so badly. Like... snip off that thread that's giving way. Just let it break lose. So I wouldn't feel the pain no longer. This problem just keeps finding its way back to me. Kinda wish I can leave it in a chest and lock it up. Or should I just let it go free?

Kinda wish I would know where the dove would fly to... Even Noah never found out...
bahh... sometimes I wish my life's less complicated and more sensible

Ring the bells, ring them loud. Let them ring here and now. Just reach out and ring the bells of freedom. When your world's crashing down like you've lost every round. Stand your ground. And ring the bells of freedom.....

Somewhat A Vocal Spark

Maroon 5 - Little Of Your Time

It was Sports Day this morning. This year's kinda disappointing compared to last year. I was supposed to take pictures for my school's Editorial Board. I heard it's kinda a good testimonial to join the school's Ed Board. So, I was thinking 'what the heck' and gave it a try. I don't seem to cut out for it tho. They require you to walk around throughout the whole event taking repetative pictures. Plus, they have more than a couple of photographers. So basically they will have multiple shots of the same frame. Kinda silly ain't it? I thought I just had to take pictures at a certain time of an event. Suddenly this 'fella' came over to me and went ballistic, demanding the reason why I was on 'break'. Seriously. I thought my job was done cause' I took about 180 pictures of the Marching Event. But nooooo, they want us to go deep fried under the sun. I don't mind working hard for it, but the system seem so darn silly to me. We can actually take shifts instead of every single one of us in the field, taking the same pictures just at different angle. And because the 'seniors of the board' have been taking pictures for hours under the sun, they became so hostile and bossy. Urgh, I don't think I'm patient enough for that. Kinda in a dillema now. Can't decide whether to put up with it or just drop the idea of joining.

Oh, during the relay events they had other schools over for inter-school relay. The guy atheletes were smoking hott I tell ya!! Funny, why can't OUR school's atheletes be that steamy?? Went out for lunch and some shopping with Nutty, Sarah and Sammeh after that. Funny, we went shopping at SS2. There were a few interesting boutiques there which sell clothes that are really pretty!

Anyway, I'm feeling kinda mixed up today. After having this little chat with Nutty. She was talking about her huge family. That's a baggage she had to carry being a Grako. Urm, more politely she's called an Eurasion. That conversation really stirred up emotions and memories I tried to eliminate for some time now. A huge family can be really troublesome sometimes. Scratch that, they ARE troublesome. In my case, having a big (not huge tho) family really damaged my relationship with someone. Because when you have everyone related around you, something so insignificant can spread like a bush fire. Extended family members really tend to mendle with one's life. They simple can't shut up and leave you alone. Maybe not everyone agrees to this. But apparently, that's exactly my case. If only they didn't barge their sticky nose into the situation, things could have lasted till today. But I guess life is meant to be fucked up at times. Probably I can't blame them for that silent shaky relationship. But it did seem like an reassurance at that time. It still does. Baaaah... I just wish they would stop and leave us alone. Ever had an experience with a nosy auntie who goes "eh, eh... your son/daughter/husband/brother/mother/father did this yada-fucking-yada"??? Sounds familiar doesn't it?? That's what ruined things. I just missed those times when things were untainted. I guess some wounds are meant to be left unhealed huh?

Alright, I'll stop ranting about this meaninglessly. I've been ranting about so many things lately. Thankfully Nutty was there to lend me her ear. She seem to love listening, a good listener! Gah, sorry Nut!! I think I'm about to go mad. One minute I'm ranting about something, the next minute I'm going hyper over other things like our English Drama and just joking around about freaking nonsence. Hmm... probably it's all that "raging hormones" shit they have been talking about xD

Gotta run now. So much of homework to catch up with. Been putting them behind for far too long and now their mounting up the peak. Speaking of "Yikes!", I need to buck up pronto!
some wounds won't heal - some wounds won't heal - some wounds won't heal

blaaahhhh... i have lots to blog about but nooooooooooo. just found out i have tuition in half an hour and i haven't even had a chance to take my bath yet. so much to rant about. damn potong i tell ya!!!

What's Behind Richard's Door?

Joni Mitchell - Both Sides Now

Hey. Guess what?? Come on, ask me "what". Seriously, ask "what"! xD

I updated my Friendster profile after approximately 21 months. That's almost 2 years!! I've been inactive for THAT long. Well, I recently signed up for Adverlets, to get more money that is. They asked to join Adverlets group on Friendster. So, I stumbled onto my really old old profile with old old things about me and old old pictures. At the same time I was bored, so I updated it! I know, I know... So what right? But after all the things I said about Friendster (I was kinda against it because of the number of people who has Friendster - which made it kinda meaningless), it's really ironic that I actually decided to update it. So, yeah.

Well, today's a dedication to my dad =D

JunHsien thinks he looks like Jackie Chan... LOL!!! I know, where on Earth right??

THIS is the real Jackie Chan. See... not even close. My dad's more yeng lahh!!! xD

To my protective dad who thinks I'm still his little girl. I love you loads. Although there are some times when I feel like you're pushing me over the cliff with your over-protectiveness. Thanks for all the things you have done for all of us!! xoxoxo Happy Father's Day!

Well, it's not like he's ever gonna visit my blog but Owh Well... xD Oh, and my mom made a very lame comment when I told her a "really weird" friend of mine thinks that her husband looks like a HongKong superstar. She simply said, "Your friend thinks your father look like Jackie Chan, say... He looks more like belacan!!" and she laughed to herself. *silence* SO LAME LAH!!!

My class has decided to present Phantom of The Opera for our English Drama. We'll be competing against other classes. The vibe's so competitive I tell ya. Seems like some of my classmates have been harassing other classes about their ideas xD It's gonna be so exciting!!!

Law and Order Over the Rest

Son Volt - World Waits For You

Just came back from a Dietlem Warehouse Sale. That's where they sell stuff like cereals, health bars, Oreo, Ritz, root beers, Colgate, Scholl, Heinz, etc... for really a cheap price. Then again, all warehouse sales are rather disappointing. Bought a couple of things only. I really expected much because I saw people leaving with CARTONS of food. So, I figured this people really fell for the catch. Tricked by the shocking offers and buying unnecessary items which will eventually expire and dumped into the bin. Well, I assume... xD Anyway, there were cars double parking at every angle to the extend that the traffic cops came to "distribute" summones.

Speaking of cops, I just highly dispise Malaysian cops. I'm not gonna touch on corruption here because it's kind of a sensitive issue and I wouldn't wanna be sort after by our shallow minded government. Our Malaysian cops are so... GRUMPY! Well, I don't have a proper word for that. But my point is, they think that just because they're feared, they over conquer us. I find that these cops really take they're authority for granted. I mean, look at cops from overseas (Sorry, but I HAD to compare), they're totally friendly. Those cops use their authority to reach others as an example, in a really friendly manner. Unlike our local police, commanding us here and there and expecting us to look up to them. So, the thing is, I think that people in our country FEAR the cops but DO NOT look up to them as an example. Well, in other words, what's there to look up to? Sometimes looking at em gives us snorts of dispise. Why can't they be more friendly? Why can't they just reach out to us more like a role model? Do they actually fret that by being friendly, commoners will step over their head? I mean, COME ON! You can be friendly and well-respected at the same time. They expect us to follow every order with FEAR just because they have the glaring silver badge and a full round ammo. Excuse me, but grumpy Law & Order is not what I, nor any other kids, will look up to.

I seem to be out of proper words lately, my words seem to be stuck. So, bear with me as my "creativity" comes to a halt.

Went for a Genting trip on Friday with the Leo Club. It was a bomb! I had tonnes of fun. Although the after math ain't that great, but I had a great time with the people. The only downside to the whole trip was the weather. It was raining every half an hour or so. So, when we lined up for a ride, it started raining, then when we left it stopped. This happened three or four times. Eventually we got frustrated and retreated from the Space Shot ride. Dang it, right? That's the best ride. The most thrilling one compared to the rest. It even trumps the Flying Coaster or more known as the Spiderman Coaster, which you have to pay. Speaking of which, realise how everything up there is double to triple the price? I mean, they charge RM8 for a packet of Nasi Lemak that costs about Rm2.50 down here. Bloody ridiculous right? Oh, which reminds me. We went to an indoor haunted house. It costs RM18. By the way, I'm so sorry for dragging all of you into that. I know, it sucked xD Anyway, they took a picture of us before we entered. When we came out, the pictures were developed and framed nicely. Automatically, I thought it was included in that overly charged RM18 that we paid. The foreign couple behind us thought so too. They actually took the pictures and walked off. Then, the lady at the counter shouted out to them "Eh, TEN RINGGIT FOR THAT!" You should have seen the look on their faces. They were as mortified as I was. These people in Genting charged the SHIT out of everything. I didn't get a drop of water for a couple of hours because a bottle of mineral water there costs about RM5. Bloody crazy cut throats!!! Kinda explains how Lim Guo Tung (or whatever his name is...) became a multi-millionaire. Mad prices. Mad man. Mad people. Fucking mad place!!!

The temperature up there was awesome. I didn't put my jacket on throughout the whole journey because I was thinking, "What the heck? I've come all this way to cover myself from the cold. Heck no way!" It was so nice to feel the really cool wind in my face and all. UNTIL it started raining and I had NO hood to shelter my hair! Thanks to Nicholas, he was my shelter from the rain. It was damn funny!! Jun, Zhuo Li and I didn't have our jackets with us. So we curled under Nic's jacket just to prevent ourselves from getting wet xD Darn, I don't have the picture with me.

I think I gave Nutty a hard time when we went to Snow World. We were throwing "snow" at each other. Eventually two of them succeeded to throw ice into my clothes. After that I had to spend 5 minutes outside to warm myself up because the ice was practically BURNING my skin. To think of it now, I was wailing like a mad person "COLD COLD COLD!!!" Sorry, Nutty! xD

Jun, I still think you're stingy or should I say kiamsiap xD I know we don't always look eye to eye, but I had fun. Some wacky times huh?! I still think that ya'll should not have purchased that Cyclone Ride picture. It was damn hideous LORR!!!

Well, that's all for today. We have to go back to school tomorrow ='( I still have an incomplete Add Maths homework and empty sheets of Moral Project. Do I hear a whoot whoot?! Hah, well... consequences shall prevail. I'm in deep shit!

Clouds Came Rolling In

The Fray - All At Once

Yeah, I know. I have abandoned my blog once again. Been busy catching up with some personal stuff. I haven't really dig into practising my guitar skills just yet. It's still sitting there by the corner collecting dust. And I feel so guilty for splurging on it xD Aside from all those peesh-posh, I've been catching up on all the latest movies. Well, almost all of em... Haven't been going out with meh buddies since Thursday, just several outings with my family. Was supposed to be on a holiday trip, but my dad's car was trapped and bound in the workshop. It literally feels like I've lost my legs. I've depended so much on that car, AND MY DAD, so now that it's temporarily dysfunctional, I feel stranded! But all hail, thankfully he's getting the car back today. I'm so hoping that it's all problem free now so I can go on with my shopping spree. Yeah, I know. How sinful right? But I'm in crave for some serious shopping you know. Not just some leisure outing where you go for a movie or pool session. Serious shopping! Like when you spend friggin greens till you burn a hole in your pocket xD Haven't done that in a long while. Been wasting so much money on movies and stuff. Speaking of movies.... I'm gonna write a review out of em.

First stop, the most anticipated. Correction : MY most anticipated...

I have to say, it was rather disappointing. It's like they have ran out of jokes and just threw in anything they had in mind. In my opinion, Shrek 2 was much better compared to the first movie. So, naturally I expected Shrek the Third to be "the bomb". Unfortunately, it wasn't! But, I enjoyed the enhanced graphic. Some of the new characters were rather interesting. Especially the awesomely adorable Donkey juniors. But the thought of how they were created was rather disturbing! Anyhow, it was not as enjoyable as the previous sequels. Not really suitable for kids either, it will bore them. My youngest brother stayed put only for the first 15 minutes, then he went on with his own playtime.

Next off :

The best of the Trilogies

I can't really comment much on this movie because I was rather clueless throughout the storyline. I practically forgot some incy wincy events from the previous sequels. So, while watching this movie I was like "huh? what? who?" So, now I have to dig into my archives for Pirates the first and second then watch this again. It's really interesting. One of the best adventure flick to watch. Although in this 3 long hours movie everything seemed crammed up, at least they solved a LOT of questions. I have a feeling that this will be the last, but I've heard rumours about the fourth.

A man in a black suit. Doubles up the sexy-ness!

Sam Raimi has done it again. He has succeeded once again to execute a highly anticipated movie to compete with other trilogies. But, I would have to say it could have been better. The storyline was good. There seem to be progress in Peter Parker and MJ's relationship, FINALLY. Harry Osbourne turned out to be a nice guy instead of a villian eventually, Thank Goodness. Although, I was disapointed that he died in the end. Overall, I enjoyed this movie. The two new characters : Sandman and Venom, made the movie more interesting. Oh, it's true that there will be Spiderman 4, but it's not official yet. Tobey Maguire might be replaced by Jake Gyllenhaal (co-star of the infamous Brokeback Mountain). And did I forget to mention that Topher Grace is so charming? Even though he's more known as Eric Foreman from the 70's Show, I think he's bad-boy image and advancing acting skills will pay off soon enough. In other words, we'll see more of Topher Grace. Yay xD

Introducing men in crotch-hugging suits.

If you enjoy slapstick act then this is a movie for you. I admit that the movie was humourous. I just couldn't endure Will Farrell's silly horny act. He's such a sex maniac. This movie makes figure skating look bad. Like they said, "as though figure skating isn't gay enough already..." My stomach wrench everytime I see the pair skate on ice. Especially the scene where Will had to balance Jon Heder by holding his crotch. Seriously. I shuddered throughout the movie. But I have to say that the jokes that they cracked was hilarious!! For the record, I CAN'T STAND WILL FARRELL!

Not for the weak-hearted, elderly and children

Very very very extremely wholesomely extraordinarily GORE!!! Thankfully when I watched this it was long after lunch time. Even the opening of the movie held a very very extremely gore scene. I don't know the right words to describe it. It was stomach wrenching I tell ya! Compared to first one, it was such a disappointment. This movie is not exactly a continuous of the previous one. So, you can actually watch this without refering to the first movie. This time, the victims were a group of soldiers instead of a low profiled family. The extra bloody gut-tugging scenes really adds on to it's extremely violent image! It's actually much worse compared to SAW. This movie just holds slaughters without a reason. Did I mention that it's so so so GORE??!!

This isn't exactly a latest movie. Little Miss Sunshine was released in July 2006. I don't think it was ever aired in Malaysian cinemas. So, it's rather limited. First heard of it in the Academy Awards. This film won an award of the Best Original Screenplay. So, I bought the DVD recently and watched it yesterday. It was great! I haven't laughed so much in a very long time. No, I'm not a sadist, it just proves how good it was xD The film is about a dysfunctional family. The father (Greg Kinear) is a hopeless motivational speaker who came up with a 9-step programme for success. He has this silly philosophy of Losers and Winners, which was really really annoying and all you can ever say to him was "Shut the fuck up already!". The mother (Toni Collete) is a pro-honesty person who has a suicidal Proust scholar as a brother (Steve Carrell). The grandfather (Alan Arkin) is a cocaine addict with a sexually active past. The brother (Paul Dano) took a silence vow until the day he joins the Air Force Academy. Well, he eventually found out that he was colour blind... Last but not least, the daughter (Abigail Breslin) whom is so into pre-pubescent beauty pageant BUT really really suck at it. All these ingrediants adds up to a prefect eccentric family. Great show. I recommend to all. Oh, but I have to mention that the ending was really silly so it will slightly disappoint you in the end. =D

Steve Carrell is now on my list of Favorite Comedians. He just makes me laugh till my tummy aches. His new upcoming movie Evan Almighty is a remake of year 2003 Bruce Almighty (Jim Carey). Yeap, he's that competative fellow reporter. Dang it! I should have watched The 40 Year-Old Virgin also acted by Carrell!

Evan Almighty

Better Late Than Never

These are other movies to anticipate xD

Oh, Mushy. So They Say.

Gym Class Heroes - Cupid's Chokehold

Okay, here's my update on what happened on Saturday.

I'm not gonna use all sorts of "bombastic words" to complicate my story xD I'm just gonna go straight to the point. It was a regular weekened. Dad came home from his night shift and took us out to ss3 for breakfast. I should mention here that the Yong Tau Foo and Fried Rice there is so delicious, seriously. So, anyway... Everything seem so casual, you know. I ate a heavy breakfast so that I can skip lunch, also the usual! Everything was normal and casual and so not out of the ordinary. No premonition, bad feeling in the gut, flashes of the future crap... NADA. Then on our way home...

This happened... (My dad's car)

Out of the unexpected. It happened. I was just reading the latest issue of CLEO magazine in the car, CASUALLY. Mom was counting the mangoes she just bought xD Both my brothers were being the chimps they are. And then, my dad's car collided with the car in front. Yes, of course it was an accident. My dad banged into a Proton Wira in front. By the look of the car, obviously Impulse was a great force. Inertia took part too. I was sitting behind. During the collision, I jerked forward and my face banged into the head rest in front. THANK GOD my glasses did not shatter for I can literally go blind! I did got some minor injuries though. I now have several bruises on the inner side of my upper lip. Part of the bruises turned into blood clot. Yesterday, the clot subsided. Not a good news though. Now a small part of my outer lip has signs of injuries. The worst part is, I'm facing trouble eating. Being the glutton that I am, it matters a LOT! I couldn't enjoy my mom's GULAI yesterday ='(( I can't enjoy any dish cause it would send a stinging pain to my lips. To top it all up, I have an ulcer on my tongue which I got a few days before the accident. Life can suck real bad sometimes, agree? Fortunately, no one else got hurt. The driver in front was a 17-year-old cute Chindian. Yes, I checked him out, even at times of disaster xD He took everything in rather calmly. Well, he shouldn't fret cause' the damage on his car wasn't really serious.

It doesn't look bad. But it's quite costly to fix. About RM400 they say.

The weirdest part was right after the accident, a young man who works for a vehicle workshop came "helping" us with the situation. Then he called his "buddy" to come over. Then his "buddy" called his co-worker, the tow-truck fella. Then this "buddy" called the person in charge of claims (whatever you call him). Then this "buddy" called another guy to give my mom, two bros, and I home. All in all, besides my dad and the young driver, there were about 4-5 other men who were not involved! All these people were taking advantage to Cari Makan. Then a modified Proton Perdana that is filled with sporty stickers like a gangster's car stopped at the side to "warn us". Asking us to settle the problem because we were blocking the traffic. I think he was a cop. And probably trying to get some $$$. But he didn't cause the "helpful" guy managed to persuade him that it'll be settled soon. Long story short, my dad had to go all the way to Section 18 to make a polis report cause any accident that happens in PJ has to go to that particular station, note this. My dad had to go through all that hassle in order to get insurance claim on the damage of his car. Just a slight mistake can cause all the havoc!

After the incident, the "buddy" sent us all home. My mood was like totally worn out. Was so close to cancelling the outing to Curve with the bunch. But I ended up going anyway xD What? I haven't been shopping in a long time! I didn't really realise how bad was my injury until I came home from the accident. Must be the all that shock and adreneline pumping that overcome the PAIN. So, yeah. That's what happened on my CASUAL Saturday morning. I would love to use all the flowering words to make this more interesting but I'm rushing to go to Giant now to stock up my JUNK FOOD for the holidays. So, I gotta scurry off.

Did I mention how wacky it is to shop with four girls at a really really cheap flea market at the Curve? No? I must have left that HUGE fact out. Sorreh... xD

Triumphant Trump Tears

OH OH OH OH OH OH!!! JORDIN WON AMERICAN IDOL!

xD Just to spoil it for those who are still waiting for the Via Satellite Telecast *grins*

Mean I know. I apologize in advance =] I was rooting for Blake. But I have to say that Jordin's voice is totally awesome and she deserves it. I still think that Blake will succeed in selling more records than Jordin's cause she will be a bore in years to come while beat boxing is the BOMB! Oh well, at least America realises that it's a Talent Contest not a Popularity Contest.

And So The Symbol States

The Weepies - World Spins Madly On

School was practically dead today. Well, not exactly, aside from the fact that boredom got to everyone of us and we started doing really lame stuff just to entertain ourself. Wait, scratch that. Only the GUYS did all the lame stuff to "entertain" themself. One of which was the bulu-bulu circus act they put up. I have no freaking idea why are guys to fascinated by hairy body parts. I mean, come on... aren't those men's asset or something?! Some were even grosed out at each other's hairyness... To the point of plucking em. Yeah, it was really weird today. I wonder how they would survive being stranded on an island. Hunger wouldn't be their biggest problem!

I was so so so eager to go out till I asked everyone I passed by what they were doing tomorrow. I really wanted to go OUT but no "kaki". Everyone's heading to the MALL. I just don't feel like going to the mall. I wanna go somewhere, anywhere but the MALL xD So I thought long and wide and finally gave in to going to 1utama, reluctantly! That place is dead and being hung out to dry. Everything's the same. Not to mention totally overrated by the rate they charge for parking fees. Anyway, just minutes ago I suddenly felt this really, extremely familiar wave. LAZY AH. Yeap, I felt lazy to lift my bum outa the door. Plus, there's always transport problem and I will end up taking the bus.

So, I went out to the DVD store to stock up for tomorrow. No Shrek. No Pirates of the Carribean. No 28 Weeks Later. No Hills Have Eyes. No Spiderman. No Disturbia. No BORAT. No Wild Hogs. Got Mr. Bean On Holiday. So, yeah. I bought the Mr.Bean movie. Moments after steppping out of the store I went "Fuck! Why the hell did I buy this movie". Standing motionless as the wind blows, feeling these large ears popping outa the tip of my head and an emerging tail. I felt the embarassment as I wore a sign around my neck stating "JACKASS!"

And so I still wish that you would do SOMETHING about it.

Pinata Made Of Steel

Keith Urban - Where The Blacktop Ends

What is life without reality? Whether or not you're a celebrity being "locked up" with plenty of luxury or a President who thinks war is the only resolution or even a dictator who shocked the world with a mere hand gesture. Wherever or whoever you are, there's this little thing called "reality" that would definitely hit you like inertia onto your damned seat. And so you enjoy the sweets and take it all you can with fangs of a glutton, you would realise a pang in your gums just seconds later. Why? Because the phrase "everything has a silver lining" is a desperate measure out of reality. There's no such thing as taking things for granted and not having to pay up to it sooner or later.

I don't know... I'm just a lil' moved about life nowadays. How a single human being can shake your life. I took the public bus today. The last time I sat in a public bus was years ago. So, I see these people... Strangers. Our lives collide because we're together in a mechanical machine, just inches away from each other. I was wondering... What if I spontaneously smile at someone, would I change an estranged mom's life to something that makes her feel more worthy? Would I change a man's decision of lifting himself off the ledge? Or would I make an old lady's last day feeling that maybe "silver lining" isn't gibberish after all. Just because we live in a nation of zillions of people, it doesn't mean you just a little black cube, part of it all. So anyway, the way I look at people has changed tremendously. Suddenly everyone looked beautiful in their own way. There's this flaw that makes everyone seem so interesting. Something delicate inside everyone of us that is so damn fragile. But being human, we always go over the edge to mendle with it and end up getting all bruised up.

And another thing that will never change is the ego and pride that veils everyone. One might think it's not big of a deal, another might think of it as an advantage. But in my point of view, ego and pride damages 20,000 feet deep into the soul. So why are we all moulded this way? God knows, seriously...

Okay, okay. So probably I shouldn't have taken the bus. Seriously, that was how I viewed it. Try looking at it this way. Well, maybe you might think that I should be emmitted into an aslyum or something. It's just that a lot of things that includes a lot of drama has been happening lately. One's the very weird world of friendship, another's an incident of how I could really change a person's life just by showing a little friendly gesture, and the last's the silly bus incident xD So, yeah. I'm not entirely sure that I'm making much of a sense *laugh out loud* But I just felt like saying it =]

Something to lighten things up a little bit... xD

Today I found out that I suck bad in tennis! I was dreadfully awful and it made me frustrated. If you actually offer to take tennis lessons with me, I might actually agree. Just to mend my bruised ego of how I suck in tennis. Grace and Vinser was like BLOODYFREAKINGLY awsome in tennis for poeple who DO NOT take tennis lessons like SOME PEOPLE xD So yeah, I'm awful in tennis!!!

Reliving the Days of When...

Goo Goo Dolls - Iris

After some time, I've finally decided to update =] This week has been tiring. Not because of loads of studying unfortunately. It's because of all the last minute's cramping! Seriously. By the word "last minute" it means that study tomorrow's paper today TONIGHT. Thankfully it's all over now! So long books and come along shopping spree!!! I'm like so so so excited and craving to go shopping now. My problem is that I've been saving up so am loaded, but never really had the chance to shop. Coz it always ends up as a hangout and chilling around. And may I say that outing in a group is a NO NO for a shopping spree! It's just a total chaos. Anyhow... So far I haven't went shopping YET. Yes, note the YET. Coz I'm so gonna shop till I drop when it starts. Been so tired lately, so all I have in my mind currently is just sleep sleep sleep and more ZzZzZs. So yeah, I'm just gonna recharge before launching xD Okaay, that's a lame way to put it...

I just got a haircut a couple of hours ago. It's okay, but I kinda regret it coz now I've gotta wait a lil longer for em to grow so I can perm em into soft curls. Bah! Scratch that idea. So, I tried out this saloon in Tmn Megah. They have men hairstylist. Note : men hairstylist are much better, hands down! This fella attended to my hair, and I have to say he's such a perfectionist!! But in his case, it's a good thing. My hairstyle came off well but I just wished that he didn't have to chop off so much. Coz I've been planning to keep my hair long enough to style it up like Giselle Buchen's. Just the hair of course. So yeah, plan's delayed. Anyway, I can't wait to watch the latest trilogy movies!!! But the idea of joining the suffocating bunch of crowd, not to mention annoying little kids, is such a turn off of excitement. So now, I'm waiting for some Heroes, Grey's Anatomy, and Lost episodes to complete. Then I'm gonna hop in on my own marathon xD. I'm such a couch potato!

Oh gosh, those killer eyes! *drop dead*

Delurious As It Is

Amiee Mann - Wise Up

Woke up at 8.30am today instead of heading to school at 7am. My reason? Study. YEAH RIGHT! I just wasted an hour and a half online. Doing what? Uploading pictures on my friggin blog. BAH. Exams starts tomorrow!! And I'm still fiddling with utter nonsense. Somebody's gotta kick my arse and tell me that if I continue on like this I'm gonna be in deep SHIT! Even that "little voice" in my head doesn't give a damn affect anymore. I really need to snap outa this. Help... once more

The Intensity Prevails

U2 - Miracle Drug

And so the parteh is over for heiress Paris Hilton aka the biggest.whore, for she is sentenced to jail for 45-days. Oh boohoo...

Paris faught the law, and the law won.

Clearly we know that exams are less than 3 days away, but somehow I still have that "I-couldn't-care-less" mode on. Yes, I have been studying but only a little. My mind keeps stretching somewhere else. Like today, I was supposed to be studying Add Maths, instead I baked cookies. They're not bad by the way xD Notice how people are fretting like the world's gonna end when they realised that exams are much less than a week away. To the extend there's a "thing" in my head that keeps screaming "Shut up, shut up and get a life". I mean come on, it's only exams. Can you imagine yourself in debt next time? Jeez, as though the sky's gonna fall flat on all of us. Yeah, I know... I know... Ya'll gonna rub it in my face when I fail most of my papers while ya'll pass with flying colours. At least I know wrinkles and high-blood pressure's not gonna come my way anytime soon xD

Sarah has this weird weird WEIRD way of defending herself. She brought little pocket cookies with choc in it...

Bryan : They look like dog food
Sarah : Then don’t eat
lah
Five minutes later…
Bryan : I want…..
Sarah : Well, these are dog food and only for bitches to eat… (pointing at herself xD)
*crickets creak*

See the connection between Paris and Sarah? Makes you wonder huh? OKAY OKAY, I'm totally kidding!!!

The Sound of A Beat In The Well

Snow Patrol - Somewhere a Clock is Ticking

I've finally changed my blogskin. Been searching and searching and searching and searching and FINALLY found one. I'm really picky and kinda suck at editing. So, yeah.

Attended Davie's 16th birthday last night. Within minutes I spotted a bottle of Jack Daniels and went "JD weei!" I know, so jaccoon. But I'm rather addicted to it, so... enough said. I had a few glasses of JD with Coke, of course... How can I not? I think I might have shot down the last glass a lil too fast cause' I was worried about getting caught red-handed by my mom. Got a lil tipsy after that, it was a clear sign to stop!!! Things became worse when Davie started dragging us to dance. Thankfully the time came to go home where I can PLOP on the couch and watch football xD Clearly stated.... I'm TOO young to drink. Heck, rules are meant to be broken xD

I can't believe Chelsea lost to Liverpool last night. I thought they would at least make it to the final with AC Milan. Yes, I'm predicting that ManU will be defeated tonight.

Well, that's about it for today. Haven't been studying for the whole of yesterday so I better scurry off once again.

Secret Decodes Of Desire

Damien Rice - Rootless Tree

Saturday's update
So, it was another attempt of "the great comeback". Attempt succeeded. I'm talking about Troop Meeting by the way. We did several stationed activities. It was surprisingly fun xD HOWEVER, I was repeatedly embarassed by my lack of scouting skills. Yesh, I felt myself go red when I was questioned on my knowledge on knots. I didn't even know how to use the parang properly! I found it shitty difficult to cut a rafia string with such a huge parang. I felt like burrying my head 30 feet underground when I witnessed JunHsien cutting the rafia string in just a split second!!! Damn embarrasing I tell ya!!! I mean, usually I would be one of the last persons to be called a "dumb blonde", but I felt lower and more idiotic than a whiny lil dumb blonde. To top it all up, I'm now a senior of the troop. Gah... so memalukan *hides under brown paperbag*

Hands of the Clueless

The really frustrating Ketupat making station

Well, I managed to grasp the concept, although not entirely but I MADE IT! *beams* xD (mine's on the left of course)

The guys decided to take advantage of the situation to feed their own curiousity. God knows what...

I look awkwardly petite in the bunch *sobs*

Saw a shocking number of cars with "P" sticker outside of school. Which means all these cars belong to scouters and fellow Upper Six who were taking their MUET exam. Bloody hell... Makes me wanna go "Daddy, I want a car!"

Well, that's all for now. Gotta scurry off to study coz I wasted both previous weekends on nothing. Which reminds me... Gotta print a black n white approval letter to fail SEVERAL subjects from my parents xD ~Toodles

Ever realised that dreams might decode your secret desires?

Some Little Things

Joshua Radin & Schuyler Fisk - Paperweight

The song above has been playing itself over and over again since last night, in a very annoying way. I found myself humming that song to sleep, freaky I know. I even hummed it when I did my Biology Test this morning, DOUBLE FREAKY! Just listen to it, you would prolly understand why. Did I mention that I <3 Biology??

Tomorrow's a school holiday *skips* Which means I have time to blog. Yeah, been so busy till I barely have time to update this blog. Been saying that over and over again. It takes tonnes of energy to lift my ass from the couch and study for my exams that are LESS than two weeks away. I've been such a lazy person that I have tonnes of unfinished homework... Even homework from two months ago. Gah, I just can't help it...

Anyway, I'm just gonna post up the pictures I took during Bryan's b'day party last Friday.

I still think that's a very small cake, Sarah! =D

Twister was tonnes of fun and laughter. Had tummy muscle aches after that xD

I can't stop mentioning how outrageous Nutty was in Twister. But for her sake, I'm not gonna post up that really "obscene picture" =D

The ever loving "couple" who experiences daily domestic violence. Kinda makes you wonder who plays the girl in the relationship right? xD You should have seen the way Bryan was pushing Vinser... Kinda like they were humping. Nope, not very pleasant scene.

Oh, and we found out how flexible HanLiang can be. A free advertising for you huh? Single, available and flexible... ROFL! I may need a payment for this xD

Bittersweet revenge : As much as I wanna blackmail JunHsien, I know it wouldn't work. Prolly I should blackmail HanHwa instead. xD

Well, that's all for today. I still have tonnes of photos from the party but rather lazy to upload. Ask me online if any of you want em. May I remind ya'll that TOMORROW'S A HOLIDAY xD

Can't get this person outa my mind, kinda need a spell for it...
